Today we are talking about three areas with three life hacks about what is profitable to produce for small businesses.
1. Produce integrators to attract customers, platforms on which the seller and the buyer will meet
Now a huge glut of goods, owners and manufacturers are concerned about how to monetize their company, return the money invested. Every first owner of a hotel on the Black Sea will gladly sell his “brainchild”, manufacturers pay crazy interest and bonuses for attracting new customers.
Examples of booking.com, Yandex.Taxi, BlaВlaCar show that this is in demand, and most importantly, it is possible. And you do not need to think that this requires a lot of money. A working idea and a relentless sense of self-confidence are needed. Well, of course, the hard work of the creator.
There are many niches for this. Here is just a small list: the market for the rental of commercial real estate, the provision of legal services, the provision of construction equipment for rent, the search and provision of housekeepers with a guarantee, extracurricular education, healthy eating programs, exchange trips.
Look at the world wider and you will be able to see what it lacks, what people need most right now.
2. Do not be afraid to produce
It seems that now so much is being produced that it is impossible to invent something new. Such a conclusion can be made by reading the first paragraph of our article, if you, of course, read only letters, and do not catch the meaning that lies between the lines.

I am sure that for small-scale production there are great prospects and a relatively free market. Production of packaging bags, napkins, toilet paper. I personally know the business owners of such enterprises. But, unfortunately, all their thinking is concentrated on the market for their personal deployment. And business processes are structured like this. They produced 10 tons of packages, now everyone needs to offer: with discounts, with a delay, but offer! To get rid of the goods. Common situation?
But what if you first go to your consumers and talk to them. Ask what they want, why they don’t use similar goods. For example, there are a huge number of private stores where they do not give out or sell branded branded packages to their customers. Why? Because they are shortsighted entrepreneurs, you say as a manufacturer of packages, which just that they refused for the hundredth time.

In this area, in our country there is practically no competition. The entrepreneur opens a cafe, hotel, car wash – and thinks that the main work has been done – now you need to serve the line of customers. Even if you have everything done at a high level: interior, parking, signboard, advertising.
